MIDI Class Waiting List Signup

This form allows you to add your name to the MIDI Class (v2205) waiting list. It DOES NOT give you a spot in the class, it merely adds you to the list of people who want to take the class. As space permits people on this list will be admitted to the class in the order they signed up. Priority is given to undergraduate music majors. Do not click "undergraduate music major" unless you are currently registered as a music major.

Note that you must sign up for the specific term you are interested in. The list for one term does not carry over to other terms.
