On Monday, April 18, 2016 at 7:30pm in the Italian Academy, the Music Department presents the Ensemble Korea, as a preview event of the Pacific Rim Music Festival 2017. The ensemble, directed by Hi Kyung Kim, will give a convert of Korean traditional court music and folk music, along with previews of new compositions for piri, daegeum, gayageum, geomungo, haegeum, ajaeng, and janggo.
