Conducted by Gail Archer, the Barnard-Columbia Chorus and Chamber Choir includes members of the entire university community - undergraduates, graduate students, faculty and alumni - and annually presents the traditional Columbia Candlelight Concert in St. Paul’s Chapel in December and a spring concert in April. The choir has joined forces with orchestras to perform masterworks by composers from Monteverdi to Stravinsky. All voice parts are welcome after an informal audition.
