Webmaster Internship
The Margaret Mead Film & Video Festival
at the American Museum of Natural History

The Margaret Mead Film & Video Festival is the longest-running showcase
for international documentaries in the United States, encompassing a broad
spectrum of work, from indigenous community media to experimental
nonfiction. The festival is distinguished by its outstanding selection of
titles, which tackle diverse and challenging subjects, representing a
range of issues and perspectives, and by the forums for discussion with
filmmakers and speakers.

month between the hours of 10:00-6:00pm, M-F. We also have openings in
our regular internship program if you are interested in working 2-3 days
per week in our Mead Festival/Public Programs office. (Please inquire via
email if you would like a copy of our regular internship description).
Although this is an unpaid internship, many of our past interns have
received payment or credit through work-study or academic credit programs
offered by their universities and receive other benefits associated with
museum workers.
