[chiplotle-discuss] Newbie question

On linux this will be in your home directory. Do:

cd ~
ls -la .

and you should see something like:

drwxr-xr-x    7 douglas  staff      238 Dec  8  2010 .chiplotle


that's the directory where your config and other chiplotle files are 
stored. It should be created for you the first time you run chiplotle. 
If it's not try making the directory yourself:

cd ~
mkdir .chiplotle

and then try running chiplotle again.

Don't know about Windows. Someone mentioned problems with directories 
starting with a period (.).
