As I mentioned I would give some details about the last meeting in a very
brief form. What I would like you all to do from there is fill in the
details about what we talked about and any developments since Tues. meeting.

-----Tues July 15,2008----

The first item we got into was figuring out meeting logistics and group
management things so there are people doing certain items that make the
group run well.

Kelly Egan and Andrew Buckland have put together a website for the group
which will be our main holding place for information and related matters.
You can make an account for yourself on the page and also make links for
resources that you would like to share with others on the site.

The link is http://bmoredorkbot.andrewbuckland.com<http://bmoredorkbot.andrewbuckland.com>

If you have any questions, issues or problems with either the e-mail list or
the website please e-mail either of them. The website is in a "beta" mode so
please pardon any errors.

Kelly Egan kelly at egan.net
Andrew Buckland andrew.buckland at mac.com

Jaimes Mayhew has offered to organize upcoming speakers for the meetings so
if you have any ideas you can e-mail him directly at jaimes.mayhew at gmail.com.
Also you can send the idea to our list, dorkbotbmore-blabber at dorkbot.org

Neal MacDonald talked about an idea for a project and he is looking into a
speaker from http://www.gutierrezstudios.com/ Neal, please update us on
this as it develops.

Finally, I know there are others who want to be part of this group but
haven't made it to the meetings. Don't worry I don't think you always
needing to be there to be part of the group. What I would like to suggest is
that we use the dorkbotbmore-blabber at dorkbot.org email as a virtual meeting
time to discuss anything that can't be discussed during our once a month
physical meetings.

You could bring up topics, ideas, anything you want. I think the e-mail list
could become a better discussion area than the physical meetings in future
and the meetings at creative alliance would be more like a number of
presentations that we organized over the e-mail list before hand.

Ok. That is all I have for now.

Looking forward to talking to you all more,

Joe
