<div>Hi, I'm Amanda Whitlock. I started out attending the DC dorkbot and I'm excited that one is getting off the ground in Baltimore as well.</div>

<div>I work in viral immunology in the context of pulmonary transplant. Biochemistry is my first love, but I am interested in may other things as well. I don't have any projects at the moment, but in my spare time, I've most recently been having fun with microcontroller-y (Arduino) things, linux-y and python-y things and learning as much as I can. In the future, I'd like to try building physical things and I'm always open to new interests and new opportunities to explore.</div>
