I would also recommend that book for people who want to connect
microcontollers, such as the Arduino, to the wider world.

I also have a copy, as well as the earlier book from the Make crew,
"Makers", by Bob Parks.  Maybe we should start some kind of book
recommendation list?  For the more advanced stuff, I'd go for
"The Art Of Electronics", 2nd ed., by Horowitz and Hill.  Also
look out for the "TTL Cookbook" and "CMOS Cookbook" by Don
Lancaster, and any of the series by Walt Jung, "IC Timer Cookbook",
"IC Op-Amp Cookbook" and so on.
