hi dave
at £5 a sq foot that's pretty cheap.

1150sq foot would be £5750 a year (480pm) which is what we were looking at
for spaces, thats 11mx10m for us kids.
Though it says the smallest is 750sqft (312pm) (10mx7m).

supposedly there'll be a gallery downstairs.
Though they're pitching the spaces at artists, we may get a look in.
Worth applying at least, don't have to accept if we find somewhere else..
Does say that april is the deadline, which is a bit away (or way in the
past.. doesn't say a year)

Location's quite good too. town end of bedmo.

I could see somewhere like this being a bit more social than an old
warehouse in the heart of st phillips.
