The guy also has a theory of everything (quantum to general relativity) 
that is not Lorenz invariant
(e.g. would not explain near light speed phenomena).
It also explains cold fusion (remember that blast from the past?).
If he can explain so much, how come he hasn't published in a prestigious 
journal?
