These guys are at least a bit more sophisticated than Steorn, who seemed to
just be out of their depth.  I won't claim to be an expert, and would of
course put very long odds on Blacklight's claims proving true.  But at least
they're not trying to bilk people out of money (yet, anyway) and they seem
to know *some* science.

and their claims (the second contains Blacklight's responses to the
