Jack Whitsitt did a mini-presentation on QC during the February Dorkbot 
(http://dorkbot.org/dorkbotdc/previous_meetings.html).

Also, I see that QC under Leopard has a class called OSC Receiver so I 
think it does understand OSC, now. Let us know if you get a chance to 
play with it.
