The drill press. Can be (ab)used as a regular press (shoving sleeves
and bearings in place), a minimal lathe, a router, a paint mixer, and
many other uses. Main benefit: repeatable position and depth of
drill, with a proper vise on the table. Secondary benefit: rigid
mount so you don't snap your tiny tiny printed circuit via drills.

The piece of granite was free from a kitchen remodeler's dumpster
(sink cutout) and has been used as a surface plate and workbench.
