[dorkbotdc-blabber] DTV Coupon program is broke

Each customer was allotted 2 (two) coupons! How much are converter boxes,
and why were they allowed to double up? If this gets any worse come March
'09 I say we'll need some collaboration among the tech
groups/companies/organizations of D.C. to do some fund-raising for our D.C.
neighbors who can not afford such prices.

Unfortunate. :/
