Sorry for the delay - and the cross post - but here are some items:

The basics are:
- Temperature regulated bench soldering iron (a temperatire adjustable 
one is even better)
- Fine point tip
- Very fine solder (I'd have to read the gage on it - not at home right now)
- Solder cleaning wool (the pot type), or pad
- Solder wick

If you are doing surface mount you will also need:
- Hot air rework station (like a Aoyue 852A or other knock off - check 
Amazon)
- Solder paste in a syringe
- Syringe tips
- A few different non-magnetic tweezers for parts placement
- Dental pick to move parts around
- Hot plate for soldering
