[dorkbotdc-blabber] Voice-To-Text API / Web Service

I'm looking for a service or API or method that will allow me to send sound
files processed from my iPhone application to them (web service, or whatever
it is) perform a conversion from the sound file to text, and reply back to
me with text-only.

Does anyone know of a FREE or very cheap solution?
