[dorkbotdc-blabber] Voice-To-Text API / Web Service

Depends what you mean by "very cheap".  Here are a couple of transcription
services with APIs.  There isn't much pricing information available, but
judging by the voicemail transcription services I've seen, 25
cents/VM-length-message seems to be about the going rate:

http://quicktate.com/quicktate/api.html (no pricing info available that I
could see)
http://www.simulscribe.com/ (has an API, but you have to contact them for
access)

If you go to the trouble of building an asterisk bridge to it, you may be
able to take advantage of a free voicemail transcription service -- there's
youmail.com, and GrandCentral/Google Voice may offer this capability for
free once it opens up its enrollment in a few weeks/months.  Can't say I've
used any of these personally, although I know some folks who've employed
them for their intended purpose and been impressed.
