Omnifocus PIM (on Macs and iPhone) for dayplanning/project outlining<br>
Evernote (on Macs and iPhone) for spoken notes, web content, picture-notes, etc that all reside in the cloud)<br>
Varsity disposable fountain pen<br>
Pentel mechanical pencils<br>
