Please pass this along to anyone who might be interested in applying.  This is a call for submissions for New Media work.  Artist Fees will be paid and technical support provided.



eyelevelgallery and the Centre for Art Tapes located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada are seeking submissions for an upcoming new media exhibition. Work proposed must incorporate creative electronics within a three dimensional format. The exhibition will explore artifice within works which take their inspiration from real events, stories or objects using artificial intelligence to animate them.  

 

Submissions must be received by April 20th 2004 and should include:

 

?       a maximum of 10 slides or video, DVD, CDROM

?       a slide list or a precise description of support material

?       a description of your project

?       if the proposed piece is an installation please include an illustration or sketch

?       technical requirements

?       a curriculum vitae

?       a self addressed stamped envelope
