Many Radio Shacks still carry the supplies. At least the three on 
Broadway between 100-116th Sts do.


Btw, I've been milling circuit boards on a little CNC mill recently. 
Works great, and is a lot less messy/toxic than etching. Of course 
you need a CNC mill of some sort, but there are lots of plans for 
easy/inexpensive ones online.
