[dorkbotnyc-blabber] Tech Artists wanted for local event

HOPE (Hackers On Planet Earth) is held July 18-20 in midtown manhattan
 at the Hotel Pennsylvania. Held every two years, this three day event
 that has been covered by CNN and other news agencies for its unique
 gathering of hackers and tech people from around the country and
 sometimes the world.  And HOPE needs your art!

 If you have an art project that has to do with electricity (of course,
 we are on dorkbot after all :), computers, data and information
 processing, electronic music, and can be displayed in a public setting
 where people may or may not touch it (we do have security detail),
 send an email to daravinne at gmail.com with your project idea, and links
 to your site or your project. I will get back to you asap.

 Also, we are looking for programmers who are can construct
 visualizations based off information stored in a database. if you can
 do or have done this and have the time to undertake this project
 (starting now) please get in touch.
