On February 15, 2009, we will launch several new features and applications
for consumers, businesses and application developers. Additionally, due to a
trademark issue, we have decided to change our name. These changes will NOT
affect how you use the service or its associated web site. It is simply a
branding change in order to avoid any disruption in the current use and
future growth and development of the service. The only small change will be
that a new PC or Mac client will automatically be installed. If you have
disabled the automatic update of the tikitag client, a link will be
available on 15/2 to update your client manually.

would like to offer you a discount coupon code, which can be used by you or
your friends to buy tikitag starter kits and tag packages at 75% off their
usual cost. The code to be used is TLOYCODE and can be redeemed now until
February 13th, 11.59 PM PST by following the links on:

 Application showcase

Got an application or usage based on tikitag? If you'd like to show it to us
and the community, send in a description and at least 1 picture or video
describing the use of the application. After a review by the team, the
creators of the 20 most interesting and unique applications will be awarded
a FREE starter kit and tag package. The best inputs will also be featured on
the tikitag website. Deadline for entry is February 13th and should be
emailed to info at tikitag.com with subject line: "Application Showcase"

As a consequence of these changes, you may experience service outage on
February 14th. We will do the utmost to minimize the effects on our service,
but it is quite an overhaul, so we're rather safe than sorry.
