Hi all,

I've joined blenderartists.org

I encourage everyone who is interested in starting an Ottawa Blender
Community to join a *different* forum and try to find people from
Ottawa and contact them about this.

There are plenty of forums. They can all be found here:

http://www.blender.org/community/user-community/

Post the ones you joined.

Philippe
