LL is where we originally held these meetings (well, outside of the very
first meeting at The New Old Lompoc)... it was, to say the least, not
the best place. Among the worst issues was that they just couldn't
reliably handle our crowd on a regular basis. On any given night, the
chance of find more than a 4 seat table there was anyones guess. On the
other hand, I've had better success with the NW location, so I'd be open
to that as a possibility.

Ground Kontrol is just too damn loud and small. As for Backspace, it
seems like it could work but I haven't been in there for quite a while
and am not confident they could accommodate the sometimes larger sized
meetings. If anyone wants to correct me on this, please do.

I'm not sure if I've been to the Tugboat. Is it the one that's hidden
away about a block or so off Burnside near Broadway or thereabouts? If
that's the one, I like it, but the issues of parking, space and noise
come to mind...

Anyone else got any ideas? Also, we've talked about doing this on a
different night. It seems that either Monday or Thursday would be the
best night to avoid conflicting with other groups. I get a lot of votes
for Thursdays from people, but that's going to make it ever harder to
find a good place that can fit us as we grow (given the early weekends
many people like to start on Thursdays).
