Actually, those of us who partake in the IRC channel will remember a 
couple of weeks ago when Mark remarked (heh) at how impressed he was at 
the easy access to power there.  :)

I think a short extension cord or a surge protector with a longish cord 
could go a long way, but I would NOT worry about places to plug in.
