[dorkbotpdx-blabber] need oscillator better than 1ppm accurate

Has anyone here worked with accurate oscillators, like better than 1 ppm 
accurate?

I'm hoping to find one (just qty 1) that's not too expensive.  For 
example, Digikey sells a 0.2 ppm for $259 (ouch).
