Nice work Don!

I'll bring forty 220 ohm resistors and sixty 0.1 uF caps in 0805 
package, free for anyone who wants 'em.  The ferrites and LEDs I have 
are 0805 and T1 (5mm) which won't fit.  :(

Also, the USB 2.0 spec recommends a minimum 1uF low-inductance bypass 
capacitance between Vbus to ground (section 7.2.4.2 "Dynamic Detach", 
page 177-178).  I'll bring some 1 uF, 0603 caps too, which should be 
small enough to easily add between the power pins under the connector.
