[dorkbotpdx-blabber] Circuit Bending

So, I'm getting my brother a Casio SK-1 because he's recently got an
intrest in Circuit bending... and its one of the better and most
documented keyboards out there.... and I was wondering if there are
others out there that have circuit bent anything...
 
What are some parts and pieces that one might need to do some bending?
What value of pots, what kind of switches (spst? dpdt?), what value
resistors, op amps... etc. I want to put some stuff together from things
I've got... and if anyone has stuff they might want to donate or sell to
me, I'd be happy to pick them up and compensate you.
 
If there are some kits, or DIY things out there as well, let me know.

and as an aside, I got my 7" LCD installed on my embedded linux board,
trying to compile the latest linux kernel and install some
applications... slowly but surely.
