[dorkbotpdx-blabber] help with 16MHz crystal

I'm testing my first homebuilt Nordic RF24L01 design.  I'm able to 
read/write registers and fifo, but the tx fifo never empties out.  I 
think the crystal is not working possibly due to incorrect load 
capacitance. Any tips on how to debug,? Anyone got an oscilloscope I 
could use for a bit to check things out.
