[dorkbotpdx-blabber] ATMega168 to flash with Arduino bootloader

Hey guys,

I've got an older Arduino board and I recently acquired an ATMega168  
I'd like to use to replace the smaller chip that came with my board. I  
was wondering if anyone had any advice about how to flash the new chip  
with the Arduino bootloader and/or the actual gear for getting this  
done.
