[dorkbotpdx-blabber] Alternate location for Thursday

Lucky lab was bad for a reason, yes? They seem to be open to groups. I've
been known to go to a old volvo group that meets there, and quite often will
see others (scrabble, language groups, etc).

Not as easy to get to with public transport (at least by train) but doable.

Not sure about the <21 in the evenings, but at other times they allow.
