The local brewpub claims that children have to be eating or with people
who are eating. And they also claim that children aren't allowed at the
bar at all, nor at the pool table.
But, I think many of these rules are only associated with _selling_
alcohol, not necessarily consuming them. In TX, there were places that
couldn't sell alcohol but would allow you to bring your own. Are there
such places here?
