Quest refused to cooperate with the governments most aggregious  
violations and so would be worth looking into. If you must support  
sucky corporations I am really happy with sprints broadband which I  
used in parralel to comcast  for about 4 months. I couldn't really  
tell the difference so I dropped the cable internet.

Its pretty cool to drag your broadband where ever you go as well.
