Last time, having the group order stuff on-line worked out really well.  
Two especially good things happened, as a result of having it on-list.

#1 - Don happened to put in for several parts I happen to have on reels 
of 5000 - and because it was on-list (and not right at the cutoff time), 
I was able to offer to bring those parts, saving about $13.

#2 - Eric suddenly had to cancel, and Don was able to take over the 
group buy, so I was able to get $12 in chips without the shipping and 
small order surcharge.

I believe these are the kinds of group cooperation results that are only 
really feasible by having this stuff on-list.  I know there haven't been 
a lot of times (yet) when anyone has saved by consolidating to a 
quantity discount - but the idea is there.

It's also kind of interesting seeing what parts other people are 
getting.... perhaps more interesting than hundreds of naked bicycle riders?
