There's a community festival/event on Saturday up in St. Johns sponsored 
by KBOO and featuring alternative/innovative media and performers, 
whatever the fuck that means.

I'll have a table or two set up with some toys in various circuit bent 
states, and I'd love some company and some help!  My intention is to do 
some bending while letting people causally join in or just ask 
questions.  Please feel free to stop by and check things out, bring a 
project, pull up a chair and grab a soldering iron and join in.

Seriously, anybody interested is welcome -- it doesn't really even have 
to be circuit bending per se -- just come and hack at a table.  The 
spirit of this event seems to be well aligned with many of our dorky 
interests...with an esoteric/avant audio slant.  I can vouch for 
Ecomorti for being insanely talented and Brizbomb making the tech scream 
boom.  Should be good times.
