[dorkbotpdx-blabber] cheap 4 layer prototype, does anyone do it?

Does anyone know of a company that offers inexpensive 4 layer prototype fab?

For example, this local place does 2 boards for $147 if the size is 
under 10 square inches, but it quickly jumps to $288 if you go over that 
size... and I'm looking at about 12.5 square inches.  :(

Maybe we should make a wiki page on the dorkbotpxd site with a list of 
all these pcb proto companies?  I know there are lots of places doing 
cheap 2 layer.  Either 2 or 4, let me know who you like to use and I'll 
start building a list.
