Advanced Circuits has a 4-layer special that gets you 4 boards, up to
30 in^2 for $200 (+ shipping/handling):
http://www.4pcb.com/index.php?load=content&page_id=131 . They also
have a $100 special for 2 layer boards, up to 60 in^2 - I've used this
one before (for this board:
http://robotics.wsu.edu/magellan/electrical/motorcon/ ), and was fully
satisfied with it. If you want to batch multiple designs together onto
one of these, though, they'll charge you an extra $50 total.

PCB Fab Express may also be an option:
http://www.pcbfabexpress.com/preview_specs.jsp . I just ran a quick
quote on a 4x3.5" 4-layer board, and it looks like it would cost
around $170 for a run (quantity doesn't seem to affect price much for
<= 5 boards).
