Ok, folks, hopefully you all realize we have a big event on Sunday.  
However, there are still a few open questions:

1. I'm not sure if a decision was made whether to have the normal  
meeting on Monday. I won't be able to make it myself, but I don't see  
any reason that should stop anyone. However, it might be good to push  
it back a week so turnout is a little better -- it's less likely as  
many people would show up, I would think, if they've just been out the  
night before.

2. I don't know how the schedule will play out on Sunday, but I  
thought I'd check to see if anyone in the group wants to sign up for a  
possible 5 minute slot to talk about anything you might want to share  
with a larger crowd. You can email me directly if you want or just  
reply to this on the list.

3. If there's anything else you'd like to see happen at the event,  
there's still time to propose it, assuming it doesn't require any  
upfront organization (or you're willing to take care of it yourself).  
It can't take up much time, but let me know and we'll see if we can  
work something out.

4. I had been going on the assumption that we probably wouldn't need a  
PA, given the size of the room, but some people have expressed concern  
that this might be misjudged. If you have a small PA you could lend  
us, email me offlist. I don't think this is critical, but it wouldn't  
hurt to be prepared.

5. Don has volunteered to supply his video camera for the event, but  
there was concern that he could only record about an hour of video. If  
anyone else can help out on this, it would be MUCH appreciated. Also,  
if anyone wants to volunteer to man the camera for at least part of  
the event, that would be wonderful.

6. Er, actually, I think that covers it... but I'm sure I'll think of  
a sixth item shortly after hitting send...
