Hi, I'm looking for 500sqft. minimum of light industrial space in Portland for our very small musical electronics factory. Doesn't have to be classy, but must allow 24/7 access and access to get equipment into (like a 300lb harbour freight mill, benches, etc..).  This is my first post and I look forward to being actively involved with you all (I'm a PIC/dsPIC/FPGA type) with a love of analog synths.
