You probably want the attiny13A-PU. The plain attiny13 (no 'A') is now
obsolete. With the old (no 'A') version, the -10 and -20 mattered (the
-10 maxed out at 10 MHz, but could run on 1.8V-5.5V, whereas the -20
could do 20 MHz, but only supported 2.7V-5.5V). It looks like the new
attiny13a now supports all frequencies and voltages in a single
device.
