Exactly which 644P?  They come in 3 different packages (DIP, TQFP and 
QFN) and two different speed/voltage grades.  Only the "V" parts are 
guaranteed to work from 1.8 to 2.7 volts; only the non-V parts are 
guaranteed to work from 10 to 20 MHz, and only with 5 volts for anything 
over 10 MHz.

I would personally be interested in a few of the "V" ones in DIP 
package, if they are at the $5.74 price.  I care a lot more about low 
power consumption than fast CPU speed for most projects I'd use an AVR, 
so I'm not so interested in the non-V ones.

Incidentally, all the non-V (20 MHz) 644P's are out of stock at Digikey 
right now.
