[dorkbotpdx-blabber] Need a location for upcoming DorkbotPDX events

Thomas,

I don't know if they are still up for such a thing, but, a while back 
Amber at Powell's Technical Books (I think she's not working there now, 
though) offered the "cafe" space in the front of the store for public 
events / demos / book discussions; we had a few PARTS events there back 
in 2003 or so.  It benefits them by bringing people in to the store, and 
benefits you because it's free.  You would need to bring your own 
projector screen, and I'm not sure if 70+ can fit up front, though there 
are lots of sight lines from around the store.
