dave (and curious others):

when the order goes out today at 5pm I will have shipping costs, I will 
divide shipping equally among everyone on the order. I then send you an 
email with your total and a total if you want to use pay pal (paypal 
charges me a 2.9% +$0.30 fee). parts are delivered at the meeting on the 
next monday.
