[dorkbotpdx-blabber] LCD working - free code for all

Excellent!  I'll bring a couple to the meeting tonight.

Of course, I'm bringing the one that I got working (all the code is on 
the website).  I got my little 24 volt step-up circuit working so it can 
run from a battery.

I also tweaked the code a bit to do Floyd-Steinberg dithering, which 
turned out to be not nearly as complicated as I imagined.  For the 
couple people who have the original version, the copy of the website has 
been updated... and I finally figured out how to get a nice icon on the 
mac version!  :-)

So if you have any pictures, bring 'em tonight and you can load them 
onto the LCD!
