I assume you've already talked to them about deposits/lease terms, etc? Most
office spaces I've looked at in the past tend to want a 6 month or longer
commitment usually requiring 3 months or more paid up front.

Actually, that was a LONG time ago. Our current meetings are at the NW Lucky
Lab. I probably won't be able to make it, though, so... I'll leave this up
to the rest of you. ;~)
