[dorkbotpdx-blabber] Eagle layout for Teensy++ board

I've gotten the tool to spin a board and I wanted to though it out for
comments.

Feel free to check out the schematic and board for the maze solver
robot I'm trying to put together.

One thing I'm a little worried about is if I need to lay down thinker
lines for the VSS, out1, out2, out3, out4 signals.

All comments and input welcome
