[dorkbotpdx-blabber] AVR programmer

Asking for avr programmer advice. I'm playing with programming tiny avr's
with a parallel port, seems simple enough, but to do more than fiddle about
with a very old computer, maybe I want to get something more.

I see two ways to go the atmel dragon or isp. I looked about and don't see
the basic difference (not spelled out in simple, single syllable words)

Besides the cool name why would I want the dragon vs. isp?
