[dorkbotpdx-blabber] AVR programmer

When I can find my avr-isp markII it is great. I never regretted  
spending that 30 bucks.
The dragon works and has jtag and high voltage programming for a  
little more.
The jtag is pretty much windows bound so I never use it unless I cant  
find my avrisp-mkII.
(used the dragon to program the last 50 bootloaders)..
