The Dragon also provides emulation support over JTAG and DebugWire for  
devices w/ <32k flash.  Haven't tried it yet though.

Personally, I use the AVR-ISP - it's a smaller package that does what I need.

The last time I tried to use the Dragon I couldn't find much support  
info on it.  Looks like there is a bit more now:
