[dorkbotpdx-blabber] 5v AC relays?

hi all,

i have an interesting lamp i'd like to turn on and off
with my arduino.  it's a walk/don't-walk sign, lit by
two neon bulbs that run off normal 115vac wall current.

so i need some AC relays, obviously, and those are easy
to buy of course.  but i wonder if you have any suggestions
for a junk/scrap source to salvage them from.  my lightbar
budget is way below zero at this point.

any tips welcome!

p.s. i also dream of figuring out how to dim a normal
115vac lightbulb with an arduino.  is there a clever
circuit for that?
